If you prefer to work on a larger crew, you might be best suited to work on a landscape construction crew. LANDSCAPE COORDINATOR
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors.
- Answers incoming calls.
- Provide an exceptional phone, email, and/or in person experience to all clients, prospects, and vendors.
- Check in deliveries (Amazon, FedEx, etc.) and inform the purchaser of their arrival.
- Accurately and completely fill out the ‘Request For Proposal’ (RFP) forms to properly qualify a client.
- Schedule all Landscape Sales Staff appointments and follow-ups.
- Create job packets and job magnets when estimates are won.
- Enter new clients as well as maintain/update client information in Aspire.
- Notify customers of job start date or that job start date is delayed due to weather.
- Notify Indiana811 of utility locates needed.
- Renew County Bonds and Contractor Licenses annually.
- Apply for necessary permits as needed.
- Is knowledgeable on RLM, Inc.’s current Warranty Standard Operating Procedures. (after training)
- Receive and respond to warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Responsible for collecting and providing accurate information regarding any landscape warranty work.
- Provide follow-up calls and/or site visits with the client after completion of warranty claim.
- Maintain records of all warranty claims made.
- Update sales team on any warranty claims.
