| Requirement Description: | The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is seeking a talented and results-oriented Data Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across the agency by implementing data governance and data analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization. Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within ODA and when collaborating with the Innovate Ohio platform. Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within ODA and for enhancing collaboration with the Innovate Ohio platform. |
