Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Promote and upsell products or services to maximize sales
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using POS systems
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services to customers
- Multilingual abilities to assist customers who speak different languages (Bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions
- Technical sales knowledge to provide information on electronic products or wireless services
