Senior Indirect Tax
High growth developer, over 6000 properties in the next year. Very successful 20 plus years of solid growth over 40000 properties and growing each month. Family Office Individual and Trust Compliance, Compliance Planning, Estate Planning, Compliance, Multi Business Entities BUSINESS AND Family Trust.
Responsibilities of the Senior Indirect Tax
Key projects include indirect tax planning. Lead all indirect tax matters. State income and franchise tax liabilities. Lead for all state compliance, and reporting. Research tax legislation, and regulations. Support business units and key players with tax advice.
Requirements of the Senior Indirect Tax
2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
Property tax and sales tax experience is a plus
Real estate tax experience is a plus
Hybrid work Schedule 2-3 Days in the office
