We are looking for an Commercial Lines Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Commercial Lines Account Manager’s role is to work directly with an Account Executive/Producer to oversee an existing book of business, market/quote new business from the Account Executive/Producer, be able to identify if our customers are properly insured for their specific business/risk and be comfortable developing new business from existing clients. An Account Manager must be fluent using our CRM, Vertafore and the AMS360 platform, the Microsoft Office tools of Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams and be efficient working in both an office or remote working environment. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, promptly answering client queries, creating certificates of insurance, reporting claims, identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams (sales and executives) to deliver an industry leading customer experience. Skills and Licensing
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as an Account Manager or Relevant role in the insurance industry.
- Have a valid Property and Casualty Producers License (Insurance)
- Experience with Vertafore/AMS360 software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Self-motivated, organized person who takes pride in their work performance
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Seeks additional annual income through commission eligible products

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
