Richfield Living is accepting applications for a Full-Time LPN located at The Oaks- Assisted Living in Salem, VA. Above all we are looking for team members with a strong commitment to working together and facilitating a meaningful life for those who live at Richfield.
The LPN has the primary responsibility of enhancing the resident's quality of life and working closely with other team members. They provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with their assessment, choices, and plan of care. The nurse will administer medications/treatments per physician’s orders and within state, federal regulations and Richfield Living's guidelines. Accurate documentation must be timely and requires attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow instructions
- Current active LPN license in the state of VA
- 2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferred
- Possess a genuine concern and interest for all residents and have a strong understanding of and skills for caring for persons
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a variety of circumstances and make sound judgments
- Possess strong team skills in decision making and completing tasks in a team format
