Position Overview :

As a Measurement Technician at Richstone Surfaces, you will be crucial to ensuring the precision and efficiency of our countertop installations.

Utilizing advanced laser measurement technology and CAD software, you will manage detailed measurements for intricate designs.

You will also handle quick turnaround times, with drawings completed within 24 hours. We value a proactive and accountable attitude and seek someone who embraces responsibility and contributes positively to our team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate laser measurement equipment, including Proliner and other systems (e.g., LT 2D / 3D), to obtain precise measurements for countertops.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify detailed design drawings and ensure accurate implementation.
• Work with advanced materials like sintered stones.
• Ensure prompt turnaround of drawings and measurement reports within 24 hours to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients on-site to understand their needs, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Evaluate job site readiness and coordinate with relevant parties if discrepancies or problems arise.
• Take responsibility for your work and contribute to a team-oriented culture that values accountability and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications :

• Experience with laser measurement equipment, specifically Proliner or similar systems (e.g., LT 2D / 3D).
• Proficiency in CAD Software
• Proven skills in measurement and technical roles, with experience in sintered stone materials like Dekton or porcelain being a plus.
• Strong mathematical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines, ensuring drawings and reports are completed within 24 hours.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to interacting with clients and team members.
• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to a collaborative, accountable work culture.
