POSITION PROFILE
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of day-to-day recruitment operations at our corporate offices as well as some of our field locations. Partnering with our RPO provider, you will be focused on managing full life cycle recruitment primarily for corporate, professional and management level talent. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR Strategic Partners and HR Consultants, advising on talent acquisition strategy and execution. You will play a role in key Talent Acquisition initiatives, helping to continually move the organization forward. This role supports strategic initiatives and has on-going interaction and communication with key stakeholders including with our RPO provider.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In partnership with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, advise hiring managers, HR Strategic Partners and HR Consultants on key decisions throughout the staffing process, including candidate evaluation, interviewing, offers, process efficiencies and improvements
- Contribute toward the development of well-defined recruitment strategies, embedding diversity and inclusion
- Collaborate on key talent acquisition initiatives, leading projects as assigned
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics that drive business performance for assigned areas
- Research and benchmark talent acquisition strategies, tools and vendors; champion new recruiting methods
- Work with RPO vendor to verify use of innovative sourcing techniques including but not limited to the use of social media, employee referrals, Boolean searches, x-ray, and networking to identify top talent for hard-to-fill roles within the organization
- Provide direction for RPO vendor to deploy talent acquisition processes to achieve the most effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of qualified and diverse talent
- Collaborate with internal customers to anticipate and plan for hiring needs
- Consult with internal teams to identify recruitment process enhancements necessary to support business goals
- Build and manage relationships with executive internal stakeholders
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful utilization of college recruitment internships
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ricoh in the marketplace, championing the company's brand to build awareness and attract diverse, high performing talent
- Help to establish and promote an employment brand that clearly articulates our employment value proposition in a competitive market
- Build and foster an inclusive recruiting culture
- Contribute to the delivery of a best-in-the-world hiring experience for all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Required:
- 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing recruiting strategies
- Experience managing regular and ad hoc reporting on recruitment metrics as well as leveraging analysis to support process and strategy
- Proven experience playing a key role in recruitment projects focused on the optimization of technology, process, and recruiting strategy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience managing recruitment teams is preferred
- At least 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting or search firm experience; high volume experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required, with ADP and/or Oracle HCM preferred
- Previous experience working with an RPO partner preferred
