Position Description:
Service Account Executive
Primary Purpose:
Market company's full service offering by acquiring new business and prospecting new customers, focusing on preventative maintenance service contract sales and new customer acquisitions.
Specific Job Duties:
- New business to business sales and account management of customers within the healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Ability to position Riddleberger Brothers, Inc (a Comfort Systems USA company) as the premier mechanical service provider
- Follow safety guidelines and policies in support of the company safety program
- Maintain records of sales and customer information
- Create a detailed business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to securing preventative maintenance agreements
- Sell RBI services at a level that supports the annual gross margin goal
- Achieve mutually agreed upon annual sales targets and outcomes
- Develop and maintain multiple relationships within customer's organizations to ensure future opportunities
Formal education, certifications and/or experience required:
- Must possess strong sales and communication skills
- Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to drive alone to customer accounts and job sites daily
- Ability to pass a full background and drug screen
- Ability to pass a physical assessment
Other Requirements:
- Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in consultative sales
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret request for proposals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy
