What is the Job all About?
As a Supervisor for Circuit, you will be leading a team of Drivers during your scheduled shifts to ensure daily operations run smoothly, conduct ride-a-longs to evaluate safe driving techniques for new drivers, assist with customer issues or complaints, as well as assist with daily fleet inspections and maintenance needs. You may also be required to drive a route if needed when the team is short-staffed.
What Do You Offer?
- 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license required
- Previous leadership or management experience in the transportation industry.
- A chauffer’s license or experience driving commercially a PLUS!
- A passion for customer service and working with the public
- The ability to use technology such as an IPhone, GPS, and other applications.
- Must be willing to drive and perform the duties of a Driver Ambassador daily.

- A fun and flexible work environment
- Annual base salary of $50,000-$60,000 dependent upon industry-specific experience, education, and other factors.
- Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are offered after 5 months of full-time hours.

Additional information:
The candidate must be able to stand, sit, walk and manipulate various tools to complete the expectations of the role. This role may require working in various weather conditions and have exposure to the elements. The role may require lifting up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
