The HR Analyst is the primary point of contact providing support on a variety of mattersrelated to the Human Resources Information System. This position is responsible for theaccuracy and maintenance of employment records and job assignments and works inconjunction with payroll to ensure an accurate and timely payroll process. This position isresponsible for internal and external operational reporting to meet the needs of stakeholders andensure compliance with Federal and State regulations. This position will also assist in theonboarding new hire process including background checks, I-9 verification, and thecommunication of new hires to hiring managers. This position works closely with the HRISManaged to identify and implement new HRIS modules and/or systems, assist with testing andtraining efforts, and assumes a leadership role in departmental process improvement initiatives.This position also assists with various employee recognition and employee service programs.Other projects/duties as assigned.
