A typical day for a Ridge Valley Rooftop Expert looks like:
- Start your day with motivational videos & a hustle culture
- Talking with clients & building relationships
- Climbing onto roofs and getting into the nitty gritty
- Helping clients get set up to complete the process smoothly
While having Solar, Retail, or Insurance sales experience will put you ahead, it’s not required. We will train you on everything you need to know to be successful. Our amazing leadership team will help you get your pipeline filled up in the first few weeks.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
