Ridgewood Manor is looking for a MDS Nurse/Coordinator to join our team!

MDS Nurse Experience Preferred
- The MDS Nurse will conduct and document a thorough assessment of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment.
- The MDS Nurse will complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- The MDS Nurse will comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines of AOM Health Care.
- The MDS Nurse will provide regular resident status updates to appropriate personnel.
- The MDS Nurse will attend and participate in department/facility meetings, as required.
- The MDS Nurse will act in compliance with AOM, regulatory and professional standards and guidelines.
- The MDS Nurse will access continuing education opportunities appropriate to discipline and responsibilities in order to maintain clinical currency.
- The MDS Nurse will adhere to facility policies and procedures and participates in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
- The MDS Nurse will demonstrate respect and compassion in every interaction.
- The MDS Nurse will conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in every interaction.
- The MDS Nurse will demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction with co- workers, residents, families and visitors.
- The MDS Nurse will perform other duties, as assigned.
- The MDS Nurse will comply with all of the Duties and Responsibilities noted for the MDS position.
- The MDS Nurse will may be trained and assigned to perform the Customer Care Liaison duties as needed.
Salary : $64,200 - $81,300
