RieLes Group, a government support services provider, is currently seeking a Referral Management Service Provider Manager to provide clerical/administrative oversight over all of the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Centers (IRMAC) sites Supervisors and Leads, this position is located at Eglin AFB.
Responsibilities:

- Ensures all contractual requirements are being met, all reports are accomplished and are the on-the-ground presence for the contractor
- Handles all facets of the contract administration and daily operating procedures for all sites
- Coordinates workflow and exchanges between sites and will take all meetings requested by sites to discuss any policy issues
- Travels between locations, at the expense of the Contractor, to ensure operations are running smoothly with standardized policies and procedures being executed with no degradation of services provided
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones
- Experience in General medical ethics, telephone etiquette, written/verbal/electronic communication, and customer service skills
- Preferred twenty-four (24) months of healthcare administrative experience in either an inpatient or outpatient care setting within the last five (5) years
