Description
The Manager Trainee is responsible for the learning and creating process to create profitable and effective management of corporate and branch operations to include parts, service, sales, and rental. This person will work directly with several departments to ensure smooth operating procedures as well as exceeding customer expectations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Project Management as well as the “boots on the ground” team lead for the specific project at hand
· Assist the Corp Managers, Branch Managers and Branch Operations Managers with best practices, process improvement, and overall operational success
· Monitor and implement cost saving/value adds to ensure the department/project is meeting goals and customer expectations
· Collaborate with department managers and leaders to achieve common goals and maintain consistency in functional operations
· Assist Branch/Corp Manager in development of recommendations or plans to improve market share, customer loyalty, financial performance, etc. and the implementation of approved plans throughout the organization
· Work one-on-one with the key stake holders to ensure successful implementation and follow through of project details
· Improve processes that are directly related to customer satisfaction and is recordable through customer feedback
· Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and recognize opportunities for growth
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Business awareness and numerical ability.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at once
• Ability to coach, lead, and delegate activities to the team members
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other database systems
• Fluent in using a CRM system (Saleslink, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience using DBS is a plus
• The ability to relocate to the Central Arkansas area
