Position : We are seeking dynamic and compassionate Caregivers for our Grand Island, Nebraska location. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability and be ready to work evenings, weekends, and overnights as needed.

Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor clients’ health and promptly report any changes.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care provided.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are a must.
