The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our company.

You will work from our Tucson location at Tanque Verde/Sabino Canyon near Udall Park.

Primary Duties

  • The Human Resources Manager has primary accountability is in leading the human resources/employee experience function. 
  • The Human Resources Manager has two direct reports.
  • The Human Resources Manager is primarily focused on our field-based caregiver employees.
  • The Human Resources Manager leads the following key areas:
    • Recruiting
    • Onboarding
    • Training
    • Retention
    • Recognition
    • Engagement
    • Performance
    • Other areas supporting an extraordinary experience for our outstanding team of caregivers.
