We're a painting company located in Natick known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial painting services. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and skilled craftsmanship. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Door-to-Door Salesman to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Door-to-Door Salesman, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating leads and selling our painting services directly to homeowners and businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Knock on doors and introduce our painting/carpentry services to potential customers.
  • Present and explain the benefits of our services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for estimates.
  • Follow up with potential clients and close sales.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably door-to-door or face-to-face sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
