Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support the company’s Strategy and Corporate Development team. The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the team, helping Right Networks define its long-term business strategy and pursuing M&A opportunities to accelerate the achievement of the company’s strategic goals. The Senior Analyst is responsible for market research, performing strategic analyses, identifying potential acquisition opportunities, and helping to execute and integrate acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will work with the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development, as well as with cross-functional colleagues across the company.
This is a remote work position, however being located near our Hudson, NH office is a plus for occasional in-person team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Researching market opportunities and competitive landscapes in relevant market segments
- Creating presentations for executive team briefings and for broader company strategic planning
- Identifying potential acquisition targets and gathering background information for company profiles
- Assisting with due diligence on potential acquisition targets
- Performing financial analysis and building financial models for potential investment and acquisition opportunities
- Coordinating post-acquisition integration activities
- Supporting internal processes for maintaining organization and efficiency within the strategy and corporate development team
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working in M&A, private equity, venture capital, or other industry with corporate transactions
- Experience working in industries with SMB customers or clients
- Experience researching privately owned companies
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, relationship building and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate with limited supervision and overcome obstacles
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
