- Our services focus on providing apparel and promotional items to restaurant, healthcare, education, and convenience brands. We take a personal approach to account management; providing our clients with a dedicated representative for their project and program needs.

Who you are:
- You are an intrinsically motivated person who is consultative in nature. You enjoy creating systems and solutions that solve challenges for clients. You have experience in the promotional product and/or custom decorated apparel industries.
- You have an established background in managing relationships with top brands; someone who shows exceptional initiative and drive as a self-starter within a sales environment.
- You manage your day-to-day schedule and keep in regular communication with your clients. You can anticipate their needs and develop a repour that allows you to uncover future needs sooner.
- Your focus is on serving existing accounts, ensuring stable relationships, and expanding our business with those accounts. You will respond to requests and work with our design and productions teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The Details:
In this position you will be expected to perform tasks in service of the accounts you manage including (but not limited to):
- Sourcing garments, swag, and gear for client requests
- Work with internal art department to produce designs and mockups.
- Assign tasks and projects to various departments using Asana task manager.
- Price projects as well as produce estimates using the QuickBooks desktop application.
- Track your sales process in the HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management.
- Coordinate with the web development and customer service teams to solve client requests and/or issues.
- Answer Client emails via outlook and follow up on requests in a timely manner.
- Answer Client phone calls and respond to voicemails.
- Make proactive contact with clients to inquire about current or future needs/projects.
- Possible light travel to in-person meetings or conferences.
Required skills to include:
- Use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record
Compensation:
- Base wage: DOE/year base salary, plus commission
- Benefits are available to eligible employees.
We will check references, test candidates, and perform background checks.
Job Type: Full-time (M-F) at our office
Some very limited national travel may be required.
