Customer Service Representative
We are searching for an upbeat and contagious personality to join our team. We want someone who can impress every customer with their smile and personality, efficiently complete administrative duties, and the ability to work in cooperation with others to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide product and service information and resolve product and service problems
Communicate and coordinate repair appointments, rental cars, deductible payments, etc.
Facilitate turning in payroll to corporate, preparing deposits, reconcile vendor statements, monitor accounts receivables
Fully understand and comprehend the phase of the repair process to be able to relay to customer
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of proven customer service and administrative experience
Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast-paced working environment
Persuasive Speaking & Clear Communication Skills – ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers as well as the ability to turn problems into solutions
Adaptability & Mental flexibility to responds to a variety of situations in whichever way your customers prefer at that moment
Positive Attitude & Emotional Intelligence to remain positive and upbeat during times of challenging situations as well as the ability to manage emotions and remain calm during high stress situations
Effective Listening & Attentiveness – Taking time to truly understand a customer’s issue and letting them know you’re paying attention
Time Management Skills – Quick response time, complete daily tasks and establish routines to successfully fulfill job responsibilities
Willingness to Improve – Growth mindset and motivation for self-improvement
Microsoft 365 Office, Email Etiquette, Spreadsheets, PDF & Word Documents, File Maintenance and organization
