The Account Manager position is a crucial job within the RingoFire team. It requires a person with creative energy and drive. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in Sports Marketing to work out of our Mooresville, NC office.

Primary Duties:
- Demonstrate effective understanding of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must adapt easily to change in a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Be the primary point of contact with clients and manage feedback to the creative team. Some after hours and weekend responding is required to be successful in this role.
- Consult clients on new industry and platform trends.
- Understanding of social media analytics and capable of reporting that information in a clear and concise way.
- Ability to manage large budgets and track all spending.
- Work with Influencers to establish relationships and negotiate deals.
- Ownership of brand Social Media platforms including copywriting, content ideation, and scheduling.
- Overseeing community Management of brand social channels. Must be engaged and responsive to customers via social media. This included responding to direct messages, comments, tagged content and other notifications.
- Some day and overnight travel (~20% of your time) is required and will be communicated prior to being booked for the employee.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience working at an agency in marketing, account management or digital advertising
- Sports marketing and sales experience is a plus
Pay and Benefits:
- *This position is 80 on site at our Mooresville offices, with one day per week remote if desired.
- 10-25% travel to Greenville, SC home office or client visits.

- Position is full-time, hourly. Typical work week is 40-45 hours per week.
