Job Description
The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the service after the sale and for communicating with the customer regarding their needs and capabilities. Experience in the construction industry extremely beneficial but not required. Salary will commensurate with industry experience.
Some essential responsibilities and tasks of the Project Coordinator include:
- Verbal, electronic, and written communication with customers and co-workers
- Coordination with Outside Sales
- Review of plans and specifications
- Initiating the Design process
- Preparing submittals/ Entering Orders
- Ensuring receipt/accuracy of job sheets and tax certificates
- Ensuring correct use of product codes with production prior to scheduling
- Communication of order information with Production and Delivery departments
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Work to resolve customer complaints
- Intimate knowledge of all customer projects
- Minimize/Eliminate Credits
