With the company having tripled its headcount last year and on pace to double again this year, there is an excellent opportunity for impact. You will join an HR function that is in build mode and racing to get ahead of the needs of the business on the people front. It’s an exciting opportunity to build and learn in a fast-paced setting with a group of smart and passionate people and a great opportunity to advance out of this role and into an HRBP role.
This individual will work on a hybrid basis, with expectations of being on-site at our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
What you will do
- Partner with and support HR Business Partners on escalated employee relations cases from intake to resolution
- Support HR Business Partners on the execution of seasonal HR programs and processes such as terminations, employee engagement, performance reviews, promotions, etc
- Serve as the HR point of contact for our employees. Answer employee questions and help employees navigate various aspects of HR
- Refine and enable a scaled services system for our employees. Make optimizations and provide insights, flag gaps. Develop, document and execute HR processes with the goal of creating standardization and greater efficiency every day
- Create, maintain, and update internal HR wiki documentation on Confluence
What you will need
- Minimum of 4 years of previous HR Generalist and/or HR Ops/Systems experience
- Experience navigating employee relations topics
- Experience utilizing various HR tech stacks i.e. HRIS, Performance, Surveys, etc.
- To be an analytical and process-oriented thinker; able to create structure and process
- Can project manage multiple priorities, communicate with various stakeholders, and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Can thrive in a fast-paced and action-oriented environment; can positively operate with ambiguity to find solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication

- Tier 1: $108,000 - $141,000/year
- Tier 2: $97,000 - $126,000/year
- Tier 3: $91,000 - $119,000/year
A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
