Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packer/Shipper. As a Packer/Shipper, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient packaging and shipping of products in our distribution center. This is a vital role in our warehouse management process, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Duties: - Load and unload products from trucks or containers - Stock shelves with incoming inventory - Pick and pack orders according to specifications - Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy - Inspect products for quality control before packaging - Package products securely for shipment - Label packages with appropriate shipping information - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience as an order picker, packer, or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking Benefits: - Competitive pay rates - Opportunities for career advancement within the company If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Packer/Shipper.
