What You’ll Get to Do
- Serves as authority to manage all task areas of the contract, various security programs, systems, and/or functions.
- Experienced as technical advisory/consultant to management on plans, policies, strategies, programs, and actions related to the contract.
- Capable of managing program requirements, objectives, and metrics and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources.
- Ensures deliverables meet published policy, resolves critical problems or issues related to policy application, and coordinates programmatic elements within the organization.
- Provides guidance to technical experts.
- Prepares and presents high-level briefings of conclusions, which may be highly subjective and not readily susceptible to verification until actual operational situations are encountered.
- Leads team on large projects or significant segments of large complex projects.
- Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Prepares long and short-range plans necessary for all aspects of project execution.
- Oversees all aspects of projects.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must possess a current Secret.
- PMI PMP certification
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have experience with Government contract project scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, project performance evaluation, and process improvement.
- Experience in establishing processes and assigning appropriate resources is required to fulfill contract performance requirements effectively.
- Must possess excellent customer service via telephone and face-to-face conversation and excellent written and oral command of English.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software.
Work Environment:
- Professional Office Environment: Must be able to sit at a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Must be able to communicate regularly via telephone and verbally present information to employees, customers, and outside vendors.
Expected Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week based on the customer’s core operating hours.
