MedCare is looking for a strong Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to MedCare Pediatric Group, LP leaders and associates. The Recruiting Coordinator delivers high quality, professional, and executive-level candidates while advancing the MedCare Pediatric Group, LP brand across numerous markets and professional communities. The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates with the VPs and works with the HR Director and CEO on sourcing candidates and overseeing screening, interviewing and creating and presenting job offers to eligible candidates. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. The Recruiting Coordinator oversees all corporate and regional recruiting efforts for remote sites; including but not limited to outside recruiting events, cold calls, mailers, screens and interviews potential candidates for open positions for all locations.
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent in education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting, marketing, and other HR functions.
- Demonstrates organizational, time management and leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage projects.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Collaborates effectively through good communication with others and provides support as needed without requiring specific direction.
