As a Supported Living Direct Support Professional you’ll provide personalized care to individuals living in their own home or apartment. Your goal is to develop healthy relationships, engage with
your clients, and be present for milestones in their lives, both big and small. Your success will ensure your clients independence, and their physical and emotional safety.
This position is for Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 3pm - 9:30pm.
Requirements:
- History: Able to pass a Background and DMV Check.
- Driving Experience: Hold a current drivers license, have 1 year of driving experience, and ability to transport clients in your personal vehicle.
- Smart Phone: Successful applicants have a smart phone to clock in and out, and to take notes.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the health and safety of clients in your care
- Document daily goal progress
- Remain calm in times of stress or excitement
- Encourage interaction and independence
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming as needed
