What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Scheduler position at Rise?
Position Summary
The ABA Scheduler position works within our West Springfield Locations as our main point of contact for both Clients, Staff, and Vendors.
Responsibilities and Duties
Be the first point of contact for staff and clients both in person as well as via phone and email. Perform weekly inventory audit and Center organization tasks. Provide administrative support to clinical staff. Coordinate and manage clinical schedules for field staff to ensure adequate coverage and staffing for clients. Update master schedules to include staff and client changes. Communicate all changes in schedules between clients and clinical teams.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education / Certifications / Licenses
Associates Degree in Human Services or related field.
Skills and Experience
Prefer one year experience in customer service in medical office or medically related field. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Core Competencies
Must be an excellent communicator and natural collaborator. Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Candidate needs to be detail oriented.
Other Requirements
Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirement or receive an approved exemption.
