Responsibilities : As the On-Site Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting to the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your duties will include :
- Learning and maintaining a deep understanding of uniform guidelines for various schools and grades.
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise and providing personalized recommendations when needed.
- Efficiently processing sales transactions at the register and ensuring proper bagging of merchandise.
- Receiving and organizing inventory shipments, fulfilling backorders, and maintaining well-stocked shelves.
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
