What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treat Team Member position at Rita's Italian Ice?
Rita's Italian Ice shop looking for reliable, friendly and outgoing part-time Treat Team Members to start employment this March to provide S.U.P.E.R. service to all Rita’s Guests to maintain product quality, maximize store sales and profits, in addition to upholding Rita’s standards in all aspects of the operation. Must be available weeknights and weekends and through the summer season.
Responsibilities
Adhering to all guidelines and procedures outlined in the Treat Team Handbook such as:
- Maintaining proper uniforms and presentation
- Informing management when inventory levels fall low
- Adhering to all cash handling procedures
- Maintaining the proper consistencies of ice in the dip boxes and reporting improper consistencies to management
- Ensuring product quality at all times
- Adhering to portioning as well as packaging guidelines
- Pumping the ice every 30 minutes
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the building according to the daily store maintenance checklist
- Keeping the equipment clean and report all problems to management
- Addressing all operational, equipment and team concerns to management in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Arriving to work on time and adhere to store schedule
- Supporting corporate marketing campaigns by educating Guests about the programs
- Promoting samples to all Guests
- Educating Guests on the full Rita’s product line
- Following S.U.P.E.R. Service Guidelines
- Completing all responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexible schedule however candidates must be able to work night shifts (potentially up to 11pm during the summer), some holidays, and weekends. Flexibility and open availability is a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
