YOU ARE ALL ABOUT
In this role you will be responsible for global Store ICT change and incident management. You will be a spokes person for Rituals Stores ICT related topics to different departments within our Company. First point of contact for and work closely with our outsourced service supplier.
Store I(C)T has no big secrets for you. You have learned your way in IT and you are ready for your move to let our retail business grow. You will be the service delivery manager of IT services for the stores, the change manager for the 200 stores we open/close and relocate a year and will be the one who can make I(C)T happen for our colleagues in the stores.
Furthermore you will:
- Be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the ICT-related changes globally (opening, relocation and closing stores)
- Flagging high/major incidents, escalations and provide solutions
- Initiate improvements which can lead to cost savings and processes which run more efficient
- Contribute to the growth of the business and upgrade technology to the shops and new countries within time and budget
- Guards the quality of ICT support to the business, proactively increases the ICT knowledge base of our suppliers
- Have regular contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Have daily contact with third party suppliers to ensure deliverables are done within budget and time according the SLA
- Manage processes and different cases at the same time
- Work on the ICT to be as simple as possible for the stores since they have to focus on sales.
You will spend (most of) your time at our Amsterdam Central Head Office. We hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals.
THIS IS YOU
High on energy, low on ego and with humor. You have excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills. You have the ability to adapt to the fast-paced way of working at Rituals. On top of it you:
- You have around 4 years of relevant experience
- Work and think on bachelor-level
- Experienced with IT outsourcing and service delivery management
- Experience with supplier management
- Good knowledge of operational process and frameworks like ITIL & Scrum
- Good written and spoken communication skills (English, any other EU language would be a plus)
- Experience in participating in projects
- You are service minded
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a pro-active approach to businesses in an international environment
- Ideally you have a passion for retail
- Any IT related education would be a great plus
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus

The Business Technology (BT) department within Rituals is “more than IT” because it focuses on managing the business demand and supplying the necessary technology. The execution of the IT processes, such as development and infrastructure, is mostly outsourced. In multidisciplinary teams we take responsibility for advising the business and translating business demand into specifications and user stories for our (external) partners.
This role is part of the BT-Store ICT team. The BT-Store ICT team manages everything related to Store ICT topics, from store opening to store closing.
