OPPORTUNITY:
RESEARCH ANALYST, CXLIGN BANKING
Rivel is seeking a talented, self-assured entry-level Research Analyst in its new and rapidly growing business line, CXLign Banking. This division conducts very large and in-depth semiannual syndicated surveys of U.S. banking customers and provides reports and ad hoc analyses to its bank and credit union customers. This is a broad-based, fast-paced role and will allow the analyst to experience all facets of our research methodology, practice, and product creation. Dedicated analysts have an excellent opportunity for advancement in this values-driven company. This is a full- time position and will require being onsite a couple of days a week (initially remote).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process research results into client reports through MS Power BI
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis
- Finalize deliverables for clients
- Maintain internal database of banks and credit unions
- Use and help maintain written procedures for quality control
- Assist in continually improving the deliverables/business as a whole
- Other duties as assigned
PRIMARY KPIS:
- Ensure reports are delivered error-free and on time
- Ensure databases are updated and accurate
- Advance the CXLign business with thoughtful suggestions and ideas
REQUIREMENTS:
SOFT SKILLS:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- MS Excel (preferably intermediate or better – i.e., pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) [required]
- MS Power BI [optional]
- Qualtrics [optional]
- SQL/SSMS [optional]
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or better [required]
- Analysis of large datasets [preferred]
- Understanding of standard research methods and statistics [optional]
- Knowledge of finance or banking industry [optional]

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
