SHIFT: Part-Time
PAY RANGE: $14/hr * based on experience
HOURS: Grave (11pm - 7am)
Your daily responsibilities include:
As a Floor Cleaner, you will:
- Routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing, burnishing, stripping and waxing on hard surface floors and stairs.
- Vacuuming, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells and upholstery.
- Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work.
- Simple maintenance tasks including, but not limited to bulb changing.
- Maintain and clean the floor care equipment and ensure that appropriate chemicals are being used on proper area.

Position Requirements & Preferences
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 ½ years experience in floor care is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of how to strip, wax and burnish floors with minimal to no assistance is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of operating various pieces of equipment necessary to effectively perform job functions, such as a high speed buffer, low speed scrubbers, extractor, burnisher, auto scrubber is strongly preferred
