We are now accepting applications for RN's for Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. River City Hospice is committed to providing exceptional end of life care to those when they need it most. The position requires an independent and experienced RN. The RN-Case Manager is an integral part of the Hospice interdisciplinary care team and as such is responsible for admitting and coordinating appropriate care for each patient and family. RN-Case Manager main job duties include and are not limited to; admissions, assessments, discharges and pronouncements. Hospice and HCHB experience preferred.

  • HomeCare HomeBase: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Nursing: 2 years (Required)

  • TEXAS RN License (Required)
  • CPR/AED Certification (Required)

Work Location: On the road
