General Summary: Manages C-Store with store operations including, check out, merchandising, layout, inventory, bookkeeping, and maintenance.
Essential Functions:
- Review, assign and follow up on daily work lists
- Supervise the sale of all retail goods and services including money drop procedures
- Monitor and maintain all food service areas in accordance with food standards
- Oversee, review, update, and correct retail pricing on all retail items
- Schedule, train, coach, manage and supervise C-Store Clerks in Managers absence
- Perform open and close processes
- Oversee receiving, verify, and process merchandise and vendor shipments
- Oversee ordering, and/or stock, and display merchandise and supplies
- Generate reports as needed or required
- Responsible for store profits and all controllable expenses including labor, inventory, and cash
- Perform functions of assistant manager or c-store clerk as needed
- Promote and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

Educations/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, combined with sufficient on-the-job experience to know the processes and variables to accurately manage a convenient store/retail store. Minimum of 10 years of retail/store experience. Proficient in computer usage including POS systems and the Internet.
