RiverLodge Assisted Living is looking to hire an Office Manager. The primary purpose of your job position is to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor. As office manager you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Some of the various duties include: being responsible to give tours of the building and give information to potential residents, payroll, processing invoices, reports, handling currency, responsible for new employee orientations, answering the phone, making appointments, overall taking care of any tasks that require to be handled by a office manager and to make sure that the office runs smoothly.
