The Rivera Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic legal assistant. This is an entry-level position. Thus, prior experience in the legal field is not required. Customer service experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle communications with clients
- Provide administrative support to attorney
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
- Organizing and maintaining claim files
- Case/client data entry
- Performing clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and shredding
Preferred skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well independently and in a collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Multi-tasking and time-management
Compensation depends on experience. A bilingual receptionist is preferred, but not required.
