Proposal Desk Coordinator

Riveron is seeking a Proposal Desk Coordinator to support the growing needs of the Sales Operations & Executive leadership team. The Proposal Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing proposal and content creation support to the growing sales division across multiple industries and service line verticals with office locations throughout the United States. This position will serve as a key point of contact in the creation and curation of best-in-class proposals and other supporting sales materials. The candidate will also serve as an important team member behind the scenes when the finalized proposal will be submitted on behalf of the client service professional from a range of diverse potential clients including private middle market companies to public large scale billion-dollar enterprises. The need of a quick turnaround is a must, along with the ability to multitask and be available on nights/weekends, as necessary. Attention to detail and quality of work is just as important to the speed and execution of the assigned project.
