Job Functions:

• Performs maintenance and repair of slot machines, slot machine parts, and other gaming related equipment.
• Participates in installation, movement, and removal of gaming related equipment.
• Communicates and coordinates activities with various departments, state agencies, and vendors.
• Maintains a constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered by Rivers Casino and informs guests.
• Maintains proper gaming logs in order to comply with state or internal regulations.
• Ensures the safety and security of all guests and team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
