Riverside Home Health Care and Hospice is a Medicare-certified agency that is seeking experienced and caring part-time or full-time Registered Nurses (RN) for our Home Health division in greater Jackson and Josephine County, Oregon.

Essential Duties

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.)
• Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
• Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers
• Full-time Monday through Friday with flexible schedules to aid in work/life balance
• On-call rotation required
• Supervise LPN and CNA staff

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
• **Part-time applicants without Home Health or Hospice experience should be willing to consider full-time availability for training.
