**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Manager to oversee the operations and management of our housing program. The ideal candidate will have a background in housing management, interactions with the public, and knowledge of relevant regulations. This person will be responsible for helping residents successfully find suitable apartments to move out of shelter and into a new apartment.

**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of housing program by accepting applications, procurement of paperwork, and successfully completing all paperwork.

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines

- Negotiate leases and rental agreements

- Implement crisis management strategies when needed

- Provide social work support to residents

-Must be able to work independently and take/follow directions.

-Attention to detail on papwework is a must.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in housing management or related field

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC requirements

- Strong crisis intervention skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $13.62 - $14.31 per hour
