About the Position:
Professional who provides administrative support to HR department staff, initiatives, and programs. Key HR areas of focus include assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including contract staff, maintaining accurate employee records and managing various short-term projects for the Human Resources department.
Provides exceptional customer service to all visitors
What we are looking for:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 1 years of experience in business administration, direct Human Resources experience is preferred.
- High school diploma, Associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret work related documents such as safety rules, labor contracts, and policies.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
- General basic math skills and the ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Good reasoning skills, the ability to strategically carry out instructions. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills while working with several variables in a standardized situation.
