Responsibilities
- Deliver on and operationalize our talent strategy in close collaboration with our Business Partner, leaders, and G&A people team by thinking strategically and building processes that help us get to where we’re going.
- Develop a deep understanding of our business and people as you proactively bring talent insights and help leaders see around the corner.
- Coach leaders from first line managers to Sr. Directors on broadening their own capability while building and lead high performing teams.
- Act as a frontline thought partner to leaders on all aspects of the employee experience: on-boarding, talent acquisition, promotions, change management, employee pulse surveys, compensation, performance management, career development, employee relations and off-boarding (logistics, exit interviews).
- Advance organizational effectiveness and solve challenges by tapping into your intuition, using good judgment, and driving data-informed people practices.
- Foster a culture of belonging at the individual and collective level.
- Co-develop and facilitate workshops and offsites to clarify team objectives (i.e. vision, values, OKRs) or team-building exercises (remote and in-person).
- Manage Workday transactions and ensure records are accurate, including new hires, transfers, terminations, job changes, salary adjustments, etc.
- Serve as a confidant for employees and triage inquiries in partnership with centers of excellence regarding benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, job architecture, investigations and career development.
Qualifications
- Four (4) year college or university degree or equivalent in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or Business Management or equivalent experience which may include a background in several of the following areas: organizational design, workforce. planning, leadership development, inclusion & belonging and change management.
- 5 years of HR Business Partner experience with 2 years ideally in a high growth environment.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to translate complex issues into straightforward communications.
- Proficient knowledge of Human Resources, policy interpretations and legal requirements.
- Ability to compile information and analyze data to drive decision making.
- Possess a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in disclosing or withholding confidential information.
- Strong facilitation skills.
