Role Summary:
The ERP Specialist position will report directly to the Material Planning Project Manager and will work alongside other Specialists and Analysts to prepare comprehensive action plans, collecting, tidying, analyzing, and visualizing data, and sharing actionable insights with decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with key regulatory, security and organizational policies and procedures.
- Act as the initial point of contact for internal system related concerns from internal employees.
- Create tickets and respond in a timely manner to email, Slack, Jira requests. i.e., FFID
- Engage, collaborate, and communicate effectively with a variety of teams.
- Assist in right sizing processes to enable productive use of resources.
- Assist in the design and enhance, configure, deploy key processes, and maintain SAP S/4 HANA.
- Assist in the design and implement Interfaces to Manufacturing Execution.
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Detail these issues and propose system or business improvements to mitigate future occurrences.
- Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.
- Assist in creating training materials and provide training as needed.
- Organize and file technical support documentation and instructional guides for future reference.
- Drive incident cycle time reduction through prompt responses to issues.
- Escalate complex issues when needed.
- Identify repetitive issues and assist in automating or resolving these items.
- Remain current with manufacturing applications and technologies.
- Have an understanding of Warehouse Processes including Resource Mgmt, Queue Mgmt, VAS etc
- Must have SAP-EWM interface experience with Core SAP-ECC modules like SAP-SD, SAP-LE, SAP-MM, SAP-PP, SAP-QM and SAP-WM.
- Perform Fit-gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design.
- Provide administrative and project support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of Hands-on experience in SAP MM, QM and WM required
- 2 years of Hands-on experience in MES required
- Experience with Materials Requirement Planning "MRP" SAP Software required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related subject desired
- Working knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook,
- Experience with Jira, Tableau, Wave, Lucid Chart/Spark,
- Continuous Improvement such as Lean Six Sigma or other disciplines preferred.

- Experience participating in system implementation & integration.
- Experience in Automotive and manufacturing industries is desirable.
