Job Summary

Are you looking for a friendly and collegial office environment? Do you enjoy working with people? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are a modern, all digital, general dental practice, conveniently located in Fairfax near the Fair Oaks Mall. We are seeking a motivated and high energy Patient Coordinator (Associate) to join our wonderful team. Dental office experience is not required, but preferred.

This posting is for a full-time position, but we are open to starting out with 3-4 days/week. Benefits include monthly bonus payments and automatic 401(k) contribution (once qualified).

Responsibilities and Duties

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage patient communication
  • Greet patients and address any questions
  • General administrative and front desk duties, including answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointment
  • Assist clinical staff as needed

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Have prior experience as a Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Associate
  • Have experience working at a Dental clinic
  • Are multi-lingual (Fluency in English, Spanish and/or other languages)
  • Have excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
