Start-up and ongoing Support:
- Start up and continuing training program in your sales territory
- Support setting up your Van / Truck and organizing your warehouse
- National & Region Sales Operations support and ongoing training
- Consigned inventory / Commissions Paid Weekly on your sales
- Handheld Tablet POS device and printer – there is a $15/month IT charge
- R.L. Schreiber apparel provided
- Marketing materials and promotions/ website & quarterly e-newsletter
What we are looking for:
We are looking for persuasive business entrepreneurs with a passion to drive sales. A background in route sales and a history of direct business to business face to face selling is desired. A culinary background is a plus. Have the desire to be self-employed and have ability to manage your business under contract as owning and operating your own company. An individual that is SALES ORIENTED that has the ability and desire to cold call in a face to face selling environment. You will be selling and delivering food service products to existing accounts and calling on Chefs in Restaurants, Hotels, and Healthcare Facilities and prospecting for new accounts on a regular basis.
Must have’s:
You must own or be willing to purchase a delivery vehicle (a 3/4 ton Cargo Van is recommended). You MUST also acquire a storage unit (10 x 20 recommend)for your consigned Inventory to be considered for the position. You must acquire an LLC for your business and obtain and hold both business and vehicle insurance.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45,705.50 - $55,043.18 per year
