With training, you will educate and help our customers choose the right products for their needs as well as the proper industry codes and standards to work by. With our country’s social structure currently on pause, the good news is most of our customer contact is by phone or digital/social platforms like Zoom, Facebook and Instagram.
On any given day you will have responsibilities for:
· Managing a Multi-Line telephone system
· Customer Service and Sales Support
· Order Entry
· Data entry, analysis and reporting
· Administrative Support
· Process Improvement

To be successful in this position the following are prerequisites:
· Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
· Great phone skills with a professional demeanor
· An engaging personality with the desire to interact with people
· Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· Experience working with general data base programs
· Prioritizing and organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Punctual and reliable
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Additionally, experience in or any higher level education (or currently enrolled in a program) in any of the following areas will be advantageous:
· Sales or Business Training
· Supervisory or Management Roles
· Accounts Receivable or Payable
· CRM or ERP systems
· Project Management
· Marketing and Graphic Arts
· Purchasing
· Supply Chain Management
· Production Planning
· ISO 9000 Standard and Compliance
· SAP Software System
We will train and coach the right individuals to be successful with us and in life. While this position is primarily in the office, you will also spend some time in our manufacturing plant as well. The ability to work on your feet and use hand tools is needed; heavy lifting (50 lbs. or more) may occasionally be required. Candidates must be willing to have a background check, drug test and provide professional references.
Our traditional work week is Monday through Friday. Typical work day is 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Seasonal variations may apply with overtime opportunity. During our seasonal peak times, we may extend the work week into the evening or add a Saturday. When we work over a weekend, we’ll even feed you a great lunch! During the summer months, we may close a hint earlier so our team members can enjoy northern Michigan’s summer evenings that we wait all year for.
