Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing new and existing accounts within an assigned territory, as well as achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a track record of success in sales, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent our brand and generate leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60% within assigned territory
