Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Monterey Park, CA (100% onsite)
Duration: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the strategic planning and execution of initiatives across sales, marketing, design, and customer service departments.
Facilitate the transition of products from online to offline sales, aiding in the expansion from B2C to B2B and e-commerce to physical stores.
Support the creation of a marketing team to capitalize on American marketing resources in collaboration with our Chinese marketing team.
Contribute to the assembly of a design team focused on American-designed products for entry into the U.S. market.
Help in establishing a customer service department in the U.S. to enhance pre-sales and post-sales service and reliability.
Work closely with the CEO to manage daily operations, coordinate projects, and streamline communication between departments.
Play a key role in hiring, training, and development of new team members across various departments.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of bridging cultural and linguistic gaps.
Fluent in English (if bilingual in English and Mandarin could be better) to facilitate seamless communication with our headquarters in China.
Prior experience in technology, sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
